Kaduna – The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) is poised to distribute the 4th phase of its welfare package to staff.

Scheduled for rollout, the package includes vital provisions aimed at supporting staff well-being: 1 bag of rice, 1 carton of Maggi seasoning, and 1 liter of Power Oil.
This distribution reflects Prof. Bugaje’s sustained focus on enhancing staff welfare, reinforcing a culture of care within the organization.
Staff from the Board indicate the gesture aligns with NBTE’s people-oriented approach under Prof. Bugaje’s leadership, demonstrating appreciation for staff dedication to promoting Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) in Nigeria. The initiative is anticipated to bolster staff morale and underscore the organization’s commitment to its workforce amid prevailing economic challenges.
The welfare drive is expected to resonate positively with employees, nurturing a motivated workforce pivotal to NBTE’s regulatory and promotional mandates in TVET.
