KadPoly mourns death of Alhaji Aminu Pate, cousin to speaker Abbas Tajudeen

The Kaduna Polytechnic (KadPoly) Governing Council is deeply saddened by the passing of Alhaji Aminu Pate, Wamban Dawakin Zazzau, who departed this life in the early hours of last Thursday. Alhaji Aminu Pate was a cousin to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr. Abbas Tajudeen, and Iyan Zazzau.

The condolence message was conveyed by Dr. Suleiman Umar, Rector of Kaduna Polytechnic, on behalf of the Governing Council, management, staff, and students. Dr. Suleiman stated that the council Chairman, Dr. Oluwakemi Pinheiro OFR, SAN, extends his heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family, particularly Dr. Abbas Tajudeen, Iyan Zazzau, and the Zazzau Emirate during this difficult time.

“The council members and Kaduna Polytechnic community pray that Almighty Allah grants the deceased Aljanat Firdaus and comforts the family. The Rector noted that Alhaji Aminu Pate’s passing leaves a void in the lives of many and appreciated the impact he had on his community and beyond. His contributions were significant to those who benefited from his kindness and generosity,” Dr. Suleiman said.

“As the bereaved family mourns, the Governing Council of Kaduna Polytechnic stands in solidarity with them, the Zazzau Emirate and the family of the deceased praying for peace and comfort in the face of this irreparable loss. May the legacy of Alhaji Aminu Pate continue to inspire those who knew him,” the Rector added.
