“We mourn a distinguished statesman and a patriot” – Says KadPoly Rector as staff and students register condolence

In adherence to the directives of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Kaduna Polytechnic has opened a condolence register for staff and students to eulogize the death of the former President of Nigeria, late Muhammadu Buhari.

In his words of condolence, the Rector of Kaduna Polytechnic, who led the staff and students of the institution to open the registration, said the nation lost a patriot and a true nationalist who sacrificed his life for the development of the people and the country.

“With profound sorrow, we mourn the passing of His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, a distinguished statesman and patriot. His legacy of discipline, integrity, and service to Nigeria will forever inspire us,” the Rector said.

However, Dr. Suleiman Umar extended his condolences to the family of the late Muhammadu Buhari and the nation and prayed for God to grant him paradise.

The Deputy Rector Administration, Dr. A. O. Lawal, Deputy Rector Academics, Dr. Grace Bila, the Registrar, Dr. Muhammed Tanimu, the Bursar, Dr. Sule Ahmad, and the Isah Kaita Librarian, Mr. Mahmud Nefene Usman, followed the Rector and extended their condolences and sympathized with Nigerians and prayed to God to grant eternal rest to the late Muhammadu Buhari.

Directors, academic staff, non-academic staff, and students of Kaduna Polytechnic registered their condolences after the management staff of the Polytechnic.

The condolence register is kept at security post of the Administrative Block of Kaduna Polytechnic’s main campus, Tudun Wada, for onward registration.
