The Federal Polytechnic Daura in Katsina State has graduated 408 National Diploma students on its second convocation on Saturday.

The Rector of the Polytechnic, Professor Aliyu Mamman had expressed happiness for the second convocation and charged the graduated students to utilize the opportunity.
The agent was attended by important dignitries from spares of life.
The graduated students were from 11 different academic departments and programmes, reflecting the institution’s consistent advancement in technical and vocational education.

In a significant announcement, Professor Mamman revealed that the polytechnic has secured a N750 million intervention fund from the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund). Of this amount, N350 million will be dedicated to skills acquisition initiatives, while the remaining N400 million is allocated for the enhancement of technical and laboratory facilities.
