The Rector Federal Polytechnic Damaturu Dr. Ibrahim Bello Bashir on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Academic Board ,staff and students of the institution wish to celebrate with His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Yobe State Hon. Mai Mala Buni, his Deputy , Alhaji Idi Barde Gubana, the Speaker of the Yobe state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Buba Chiroma Mashio, the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Baba Malam wali and the Head of Yobe state Head of Service Betera Tonga Bularafa on this joyous occasion of Ed El fitr marking the end of Ramadan fast.
The message was conveyed through Muhd Nura Nguru Mnipr, Head, Information, Public Relations and Protocol of Federal Polytechnic, Damataru.
Muhd Nura Nguru added that the Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Damataru seeked Allah to use the moment of Eid Fitr to bring prosperity, blessings and peace to Yobe state and the nation at large.
However, Dr. Bashir Bello fully associated the laudable achievements of the Federal Polytechnic, Damataru to the commitment of the Yobe state in its effort of tackling the menace of out of school children in the state, in which the Polytechnic sought for partnership with the state Government.
The Rector therefore prayed to almighty Allah ( SWT) to accept our fasting, Duas and sacrifices and grant us continuous guidance and protection.
