Schools, hospitals and govt offices to remain close as FG, Labor meeting ends in deadlock

The meeting initiated by the leadership of the national assembly to avert the proposed indefinite strike the labour unions from starting Monday June 2 has been deadlocked.

The National Assembly had initiated the mediation meeting aimed at resolving the current impasse between the Federal Government and the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC), which has ended in Abuja few minutes ago without an agreement.
